At Vigovibe, every product is made to order. Each item is printed specifically for you. Because of this production process, we only offer refunds or replacements when an order arrives with an issue within 30 days of product delivery.
Our goal is simple: deliver a product you’ll love — or fix it if something goes wrong.
Refunds & Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
We happily offer a free replacement or full refund if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- The print quality is defective
- You received the wrong item, size, or design
- Your package is lost in transit
To process a replacement/refund, please email us at support@vigovibe.com within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short explanation of what happened
We respond within 24 hours.
